Print & Ad Production Coordinator at IPE is a very important position as you will be overall responsible for all (cross-)media campaigns of our customers. They rely on your outstanding organisational and technical skills to provide them the best possible advertisements in time.



This is what you will do…

You will be working in the editorial department of IPE. Every day, you are involved in managing the (cross-)media campaigns of our customers. You do this for all our print and online products of IPE. Additionally, you are responsible for collecting, organizing, proofing, getting client sign-off and uploading files for our sponsored print productions. Duties as a print & ad production coordinator are:

  • Working closely with our marketing, sales and editorial teams you
  • Collect materials from advertising clients which includes display ads, branded content/advertorials
  • Handle prepress work for digital and print
  • Do design/layout work including producing graphics as needed and
  • Coordinate production of sponsored print supplements

You already have this knowledge and experience…

As our Print & Ad Production Coordinator you ensure the proper handling of campaigns. Providing excellent service to clients is natural for you, and you view problems as challenges that need to be solved. Additionally, bring some top-notch organisational skills as you will be juggling multiple projects simultaneously and on tight deadlines on a daily basis.

  • 2 years’ experience in similar role
  • Technical skills (able to work with Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams as well as with Adobe Creative Suite’s InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Fluent in English both written & verbal
