Digital Content & Support Specialist - IPE (London)

Intro

Tech savvy, highly organised, proactive person, client orientated and customer driven are ideal qualities to managing client webcasts, uploading client content, creation of reports and marketing client’s content across differing email services, your work will be varied and interesting at the heart of IPE a multi-media European and global institutional investment publishing organisation.

This is what you will do…

You will lead the internal delivery of client paid webcast events, provide effective client and internal administration support across the IPE and Real Assets part of the Reference Hub plus deliver client reporting across the IPE Big Database service and the IPE and Real Asset Reference Hub where needed.

  • Ensure timely delivery of marketing materials to set the webcast up on the BrightTALK platform
  • Event promotion via email campaigns
  • Work with sponsors to agree dates and times for prep calls between their speakers and IPE's webcast moderator
  • Schedule dates for rehearsals and provide support during rehearsals and live webcasts
  • Keep sponsors updated with lists of pre-registered delegates at regular intervals
  • Provide technical support regarding use of the webcast technology platform

You will work closely with our sales colleagues, editorial teams, and most important our clients.

  • Salary of £27,000 up to £30,000 per annum

You already have this knowledge and experience…

You are tech savvy and open to learn all about webcasting and more. Therefor your basic education is less important than your eagerness to succeed. Providing excellent service to clients is natural for you, and you view problems as challenges that need to be solved. Additionally, bring some top-notch organisational skills as you will be juggling multiple projects simultaneously and on tight deadlines on a daily basis.

  • The ability to build rapport and good working relationships with IPE Webcast, IPE Reference Hub clients, the internal team and wider stakeholders.
  • Excellent task prioritisation and time-management skills.
  • Experience of working in a busy office environment; good administration experience
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and Google Analytics would be an advantage
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • A sense of humour and a positive, can-do attitude!
